• Trading Information: MT5 account numbers, broker server names registered to your license
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details
• Usage Data: License validation timestamps, EA activity logs, dashboard usage
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your Quantum XI account
• Generate, validate, and manage license keys
• Process payments and send billing receipts
• Send service notifications (subscription renewal, expiry warnings)
• Provide customer support
• Detect fraud and unauthorized sharing of license keys
• Improve our products and services
• Send marketing communications (only with your consent)

3. License Validation Data

When your EA validates its license, our servers receive and log:

• Your license key
• Your MT5 account number (for binding verification)
• Your broker server name
• Timestamp of validation request
• EA name and version

This data is used exclusively for license validation and security purposes. It is not shared with third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Google: If you sign in with Google OAuth
• Resend/SendGrid: For transactional emails
• Supabase: For secure database hosting

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS / TLS encryption
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt
• Database access restricted to authorized personnel only
• License API requests validated with HTTPS
• Regular security audits of our infrastructure
