By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by Quantum XI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of Quantum XI products, including our Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5.
Quantum XI provides algorithmic trading Expert Advisors (.ex5 files) for use on the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our services include:
Upon purchase of a subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the EA file(s) on the number of MT5 accounts permitted under your plan.
Quantum XI offers three subscription tiers:
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Billing is processed through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Our EAs validate your license key periodically (every 4 hours) by contacting our servers. You must:
A 24-hour grace period applies if our servers are temporarily unreachable. If your subscription expires, the EA will stop trading automatically.
You may not use Quantum XI services to:
Quantum XI EAs are automated trading tools. We do not guarantee profitability or any specific return on investment. Forex and gold trading carries a high level of risk including the loss of your entire investment. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, trading experience, and risk tolerance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum XI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our EAs or services, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke all licenses if you violate these Terms, attempt to decompile or share our EAs, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
