Policy

✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. No complicated process — just email us.

1. Trial Plan

The Trial Plan is completely free for 3 days. No credit card is required. Since there is no charge, no refund is applicable for the Trial Plan.

2. Paid Plans — 7-Day Refund Window

For our Basic (₹4,999/month) and Pro (₹15,999/month) plans, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment
  • This is your first refund request (one refund per customer)
  • You have not violated our Terms & Conditions
  • You have not engaged in license key sharing or fraud

4. Non-Refundable Situations

⚠️ Refunds will NOT be issued if: you violated our Terms of Service, shared your license key, the request is made after 7 days of payment, or if you have already received a refund previously for any Quantum XI product.

Additionally, trading losses are not grounds for a refund. Our EAs are algorithmic tools and do not guarantee profits. Market conditions vary and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include your registered email, order ID (found in billing history), and reason for refund

Our team will review and respond within 24 hours on business days

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel before the 7-day window, you may be eligible for a full refund of the most recent payment only.

8. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date. If you wish to avoid future renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

9. Processing Timeline

  • Refund review: Within 24 business hours
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Credit to original payment method: Depends on your bank/card issuer (may take additional 3–5 days)
